Who's Who?

About Us

St Alban’s is a growing Anglican Church in the area of South Norwood and Thornton Heath. We are an Anglo-Catholic parish of The Society, which seeks to promote and maintain the catholic teaching and practice of the Church of England.

We are in Southwark Diocese under the care of Bishop Christopher Chessun. Bishop Jonathan Fulham is our visiting bishop and has episcopal oversight. The Mass is the beating heart of worship at our church. We worship Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who gives us grace and strength to go into our community and care for our neighbours and friends.
People often comment that St Alban’s has a ‘joyful family feel.’ We encourage you to join our family as we feed the hungry physically and spiritually, grow in holiness, and worship the true and living God.
